The Tribunal Secretary Training Program is first of its kind in India. The Program aims to train young practitioners to assist the arbitral tribunal in arbitration proceedings. It includes extensive discussions on duties and responsibilities of Tribunal Secretaries, maintaining confidentiality obligations, legal issues faced along with best practices on how to address them in drafting of procedural orders, among others. The Program is conducted by faculty from around the world.
