Tribunal Secretary Training Program
The Tribunal Secretary Training Program is a first of its kind in India. The Program aims to train young practitioners to assist the arbitral tribunal in arbitration proceedings. It includes extensive discussions on duties and responsibilities of Tribunal Secretaries, maintaining confidentiality obligations, legal issues faced along with best practices on how to address them, drafting of procedural orders, among others. The Program is conducted for a period of two days by faculty from around the world.
